Still here in Portsmouth, VA waiting for this gale to get out of the area. Looks like Sunday. We have met a bunch of neat sailing folks holed up here waiting for weather change as well. We saw this couple get engaged on the docks today. We love that there is still good things happening in the world.

Bill’s exercise program is still going well as we support local Legends Brewing company about 2 mile round trip along the River. He is up to doing this walk twice a day now, as well as, daily plank challenge.
